Where is my order ?
If you completed an order from TwistedWristWear you will have been sent an automatic email receipt.
Over the next working day your order will be processed by our warehouse team, and will be prepared for collection by the courier.
Once the courier comes and collected the order will will then send our "Your items have been shipped" email. This email contains your courier tracking number so you can track the current location of your package, and also a link to the setup guides for your device. Delivery is normally in the next working day after collection.
If there is a delay in the delivery of you package, it is normally due to an unsuccessful attempted delivery, we recommend you speak directly to the courier to organise an appropriate time or alternative drop off place for your delivery.
If you cannot see this "shipping" email in your inbox, there is a chance it is in your Spam folder.
If you have checked both your Inbox and Spam folder, and you still cannot see the email then there is a chance that you might have entered the wrong email address when making an order. Don't worry the order will still make it to you.
