Where is my order ?
If you completed an order from Twisted WristWear you will have been sent an automatic email receipt.
Over the next few working days your order will be processed by our warehouse team, and will be prepared for collection by the courier. When the courier comes and collects the order, we will send a "Your items have been shipped" email. This email contains your courier tracking number so you can track the current location of your package. Delivery is normally within 5 working days after collection.
If there is a delay in the delivery of your package, it is normally due to an unsuccessful attempted delivery, we recommend you speak directly to the courier to organise an appropriate time or alternative drop off place for your delivery.
If you cannot see the Shipped email in your inbox, there is a chance it is in your Spam folder.
If you have checked both your Inbox and Spam folder, and you still cannot see the email then you might have entered the wrong email address when making an order. Don't worry the order will still make it to you.
If you haven't received your order within 5 working days, and you are not able to find your item on the courier tracking then please contact us via the form below.
