Geo Go SetUp guide
Before you begin, you will need:
- A micro-SIM card for the watch with any PIN code removed. Please read our SIM Plans section for guidance
- An Android or Apple smart phone
- Delivery from Twisted Wrist Ltd containing the items below:
Step 1
After unboxing, remove the protective film from the face of the watch

Ensure your watch is powered off. Using a table turn your watch around and use the screwdriver to remove the four screws which are holding in the back panel of the watch as seen below. Remove any white plastic protective coating from the metal back panel. Carefully remove the battery from the back of the watch taking care not to damage the wiring which needs to remain connected to the watch. Once the battery is outside of the watch, open the SIM card holder pushing it towards the side of the watch as shown below:

Once the SIM card holder is open, raise it and insert your SIM card. Once the SIM card has been inserted correctly, close the SIM card holder as shown below:

Place the battery back into the watch followed by the back panel. Using the screwdriver, restore the four screws.

Power on your watch by pushing the power button and, if necessary, connect the charger. To connect the charger, lift the silicon cover and insert the appropriate connector. Ensure the USB connector is plugged into your computer / other USB power socket

Step 6
Send an SMS to the watch SIM's phone number from any mobile phone with the message exactly as follows:
For Vodafone, iD Mobile and Virgin Media SIM cards:
pw,523681,apn,internet#
For Three/O2 SIM cards:
pw,523681,apn,3ireland.ie#
For Meteor SIM cards:
pw,523681,apn,data.mymeteor.ie#
For LycaMobile SIM cards:

You should receive a confirmation SMS back from the watch.
If you don't, send the same message again, but replace "523681" with "123456".
Once you've received the confirmation SMS, restart the watch by pushing the power button until the watch shuts down, wait a few seconds, then push the button again.
Send an SMS to the watch SIM's phone number from any mobile phone with the message exactly as follows:

Pick up your mobile phone. If you have an Apple phone, go to the App Store, search for SeTracker and install this app. If you have an Android phone, go to Google Play and search for SeTracker and install this app

Launch the SeTracker app on your mobile phone and once you are presented with the login page, tap on the Register button:

Register the device by entering information into the fields as follows:

- There is an ID number on the back of the watch as seen below - Enter this ID in the License field:
- In the Account field enter your email address: e.g. yourname@gmail.com
- In the Nickname field enter a name you would like that refers to the watch, avoiding special characters such as single and double quotes: e.g. Julia Watch
- In the P_number field enter your mobile phone number which can be used for password recovery (Please use international format by adding +353 to the start of the number and dropping the leading zero as shown below. This will ensure no loss of functionality when using the device abroad)
- In the Password field enter a password that you want associated with this account. The password must be between 6 and 12 characters in length
- In the R_password field enter the same password you want associated with this account
- Ensure the Language field is set to English and the Area is set to Europe and Africa
- After you have completed the above and are happy with the details, tap the Ok button:

After tapping the OK button and all your details have been confirmed, the app will automatically bring you to the main menu:

Tap on SETTINGS and then tap on Language and Time Zone. Scroll down and select GMT 0:00, then scroll back to the top of the page and select summer time:

Go back to the SETTINGS menu and scroll down to LBS. Turn off LBS if it is currently on. It should look like the image below(During normal usage, if LBS is on and there is no GPS reception due to the watch being indoors, the app will report the watch location to be the Location of the local mobile Base Station it is currently connected to. This feature is useful in certain circumstances, but is not for normal everyday use, so to avoid confusion, we recommend turning off LBS. Please ignore any message from the SeTracker app suggesting to activate this feature. Refer to our FAQ for further details)

To set up the SOS phone numbers on your watch, go back to the SETTINGS menu and select SOS Number. Enter the phone number(s) you would like to be called should your child activate the watch's SOS feature and then tap OK (Please use international format by adding +353 to the start of the number and dropping the leading zero as shown below. This will ensure no loss of functionality when using the device abroad)

To set up your watch's telephone contacts, go back to the SETTINGS menu and select Telephone. Enter the name(s) and phone number(s) that you would like your child to be able to call via the watch's telephone book and then tap Save

You can test if your watch is working by going outdoors with the watch and wait approximately one minute for it to calibrate. Using the SeTracker app tap on MAP from the main menu and then tap on Locate. After about 10 seconds, this will show the current location of the watch. Example below:

Step 16
If you can see your location on the map - congratulations, your watch has been setup for GPS tracking. If you cannot see your location, or if you see a message indicating that the device is offline, please see this section of our Frequently Asked Questions
